Check-in took over 35 min. We were put at the very last building on the main floor by the elevator. It was noisy all night and when staff started their shift in the morning. You can hear everything going on outside of the window

Older property in good location. Customer service lacking in numerous areas (check-in, dining, etc). Don’t offer breakfast menu ($25 buffet only) despite it being shown on their website. Latte cost $7.50/per above that but not told by server when ordered. Took nearly 10 minutes to get printed copy of bill when checking out.
