Loved this hotel! Super clean, staff was friendly, only downside is paying for parking. If you pay with card you have to go back upstairs which is a little pain but otherwise it was a great stay.

Our stay at GA Palace Hotel in Porto was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From arrival, the reception team were welcoming, attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel looked after throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Hanna, who went above and beyond when I realised I had forgotten some important medication at home. She contacted local pharmacies, printed off a prescription and directed me to the right store. Her kindness and initiative turned a potentially stressful situation into a manageable one. This is exceptional customer service and deserves recognition. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a large bed, plenty of complimentary amenities and a minibar. The large walk-in shower was excellent, and the Bulgari shower gel was a lovely luxury touch. The spa and pool facilities were clean and beautifully maintained. We particularly enjoyed the indoor-outdoor split pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The gym was a little small, but this was a minor point. Breakfast was amazing, with excellent food and outstanding service. Ricardo and Pedro were particularly impressive, providing attentive, friendly service and making us feel genuinely welcome. They really helped make breakfast a highlight of our stay. The only slight disappointment was a massage my partner booked, which wasn't quite what we expected. As the hotel uses various contractors for these treatments, try for yourself.
