The room was clean with the basics. comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel would benefit with renovations. Good location but they charge $20 dollars for parking. The parking is very small. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 9 am. I missed it.

It was simple, but cute and super close and central to lots of places to walk to including public transportation. Staff was friendly and we had a really visit. My wife and I would recommend especially if you are looking for a place where you can get around without a car. It's also only about 10 minutes from the airport.

It says in the property description and on their website that they have consierge service, but they do not. That is false advertising. They also say they have a "rooftop pool", but that is also false advertising. What they have is a jacuzzi spa that is about 3 feet deep. That is fine, but call it what it is. When I requested housekeeping for the following day, they said they could only accept a request in the morning on the day you want the service. They couldn't put a note in their system to send housekeeping the following day. That is poor service. On the plus side, it is in a great location with proximity to Little Italy.
