Comfortable walking distance to train stops, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and always tried to be helpful. Hotel room was cleaned regularly, however it was small. With 3 people, there was not a lot of space for luggage and walking within the room.

Great apartment, easy access from the Skyliner via Ueno Station. Within walking distance to all of Akihabara, and via Akihabara Station you can reach everywhere else in Tokyo. The fact that Akihabara is more oriented towards nightlife means that the Station is relatively uncrowded in the morning, easy to hop on any train. Would definitely stay again. (1-week stay, family with 12yo boy)

Very nice, quiet, well appointed room. The staff was great. Good location, walkable to Ueno train station. Several good restaurants & 7-11 nearby. 6-digit code to use elevator was tedious though.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. The room was very cozy (love the paper shades on the window) and comfortable. The gym was decently sized by Tokyo standards. The restaurant (Dining Lieu) was good. The staff very friendly. The only issue we ran into was the WiFi was very flaky. However, they did have Ethernet in the room and even provided a cable (super nice!) so we were able to use our computers to provide a mobile hotspot for our other devices.

I’m giving this hotel a 5 start excellent stay. Close to everywhere. We were walking distance to the train station. The price was reasonable for the stay. I did not add the breakfast at our stay because there’s 7 eleven inside the hotel. I was able to have uber eats delivered our food as well. I’ll definitely come back here and stay at this hotel.

This is a fairly basic business hotel experience. Rooms are small by western standards, but by no means cramped. We slept very well on the beds, and could barely hear the outside noise on the very busy streets of Shinjuku. The staff knows enough English to facilitate checking in/out, but don't expect a lot of extra services. It's a close walk to all of the nightlife spots in Shinjuku. There are dozens of bars, clubs and izakaya scattered around the hotel. The E1 entrance to the Shinjuku station underground is right across the street, but it's a bit of a hike from there to get to any of the trains. The breakfast buffet had healthy options catering to both western and Japanese tastes.
