At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused by this infestation.

This was me and my family’s 2nd time staying at this hotel and it’s such a nice place to stay. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the gelato!! My favorite treat. My kids loved the pool and it’s a great place to fully get away and relax. I would stay a 3rd time.
