Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small but clean. No breakfast, but otherwise this is a solid basic hotel, a freat choice in NYC

Generally good, but we faced refusal for our breakfast when our kids and other member went for it, saying we need to pay $19.95/person for breakfast! Then I have to go and talk with front desk for the details and etc., was a hassle! They blamed you booked your reservation through third party anot through them! So still there some issues on breakfasts even though your ORBITZ website say it's included!

The security inside hotel was top notch. We felt safe and secure overnight while sleeping. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The surrounding buildings in the area outside are just off Times Square in NYC so they had the dirty feel and look with lots of scaffolding and construction. The hotel property stood out with its cleanliness and manicured look. We would recommend and we would stay again!

Perfect place for solo travelers looking for a crash pad that’s inexpensive. Be sure to use the ear plugs and sound machine as the rooms have open ceilings and you can hear each time a door is opened or closed.

Stayed here for a city weekend. The hotel has a great curb appeal and the public spaces- lobby, library, hallways were beautiful. The room, by contrast, was very clean but rather plainly decorated. I also found everything to be rather low- furniture, sink, commode- for me, I’m 5’10”. The room has a window AC unit which if you are using it means that you can’t close the shades and you can also hear all the street noise. I was on the 4th floor. Two things I wish were provided in the room were a clock and at least an ice bucket. That being said the staff was friendly and professional and you really can’t beat the location. You are right off Times Square within easy walking distance to theaters, restaurants and shopping. While there are no availability of drinks or snacks in the hotel there is a convenience store right next door and coffee place across the street if that’s your thing. Pricing, for the area, was very reasonable.
