I would never EVER book this hotel again. To begin with, the room was dirty, there were drip marks on the walls, the toilet and shower were dirty, the floor tiles and thresholds were lifted and broken, the lock on our door wasn’t working so we had to get out keys remade every time we tried to use them, and there were bugs in the bathroom. The air conditioner smelled like mildew and had a light that cast a purple all the way through the room at night that we couldn’t turn off. Each bed had one thin blanket and because of the position of the AC unit we were freezing but if we turned the AC off the room turned into a sauna in under an hour. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything from outside (traffic, people walking up and down the stairs) and on the last night there was a lot of “by the hour hotel” activity going on in the room next to us complete with a guy passed out in the parking lot the next morning when we got up. We were in a room with an adjoining door that had a gap all the way around it so it sounded like they were in our room. We left early the next morning and booked a different hotel for the rest of the time we were here. I know they can’t control who books the rooms and it looked like every other room in the hotel was families going to Disneyland, but I intentionally booked a room that had good reviews for families and clean spaces and that was absolutely not what we got.

The workers were so helpful!! We arrived early and they were able to help us out! We were given a room in the way back. Which turned out to be great because it was quiet from all the kids around. The staff helped answer our questions. Morgan was great!! Can't wait to stay again when visiting.

Parking was a bit expensive but besides that excellent hotel for the price !

Amazing stay! Went above and beyond in anything that was requested! Would love to stay there again! Super clean!
