Hotel itself is clean. There was a fresh paint and sometime a strong chemical smell in the room. I was ready to find a new hotel if I could have canceled this stay. There is no coffee pot in the room, not very much space to set anything out, few drawers to put anything away. There is a coffee and flavored water machine in the lobby. The coffee is very bland, much like drinking flavor water. Overall, it’s all in the photos you just need to look closely. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. It appears the hotel was just renovated. By the area it is located, it was most likely a pay by the hour motel in the past.
At least it was clean.

As a Travel RN, it is super important for me to stay in a safe, and clean hotel while I look for my permanent housing while on assignment. This hotel is darling. The rooms are super spacious, and the bed is so comfortable you do not want to get up for work. The rooms, and hotel are extremely clean, and decorated so lovely. The check in is completed virtually, and so easy. The young lady was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. There is an elevator close to the lobby to take you to your room. This hotel is located in a super safe area of Glendale, CA. It is walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops, and one of my favorite bakeries Red Ribbon. I highly recommend this hotel everyone.

We stayed for 4nights in a family suite. Ensure to ask about the layed out of the room before getting the keys. The family suites that we have was weird. The 2 queens had the main door instead of the main door being in between the 2 rooms like the ones upstairs. The room that we stayed at definitely not in the best condition but it was also the most economical option for us for what we going to use the room for. As long as you do not care about the condition of the room and your family will only sleep on it then it will be fine.
Definitely check your receipts at the end of the stay. I was only booked for 4 nights and they charge me for 5 nights. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO CHECK-OUT to double check your receipt.
I work in a hotel and does not check-out unless I was advice at checkin that I need to physically check-out.
