I have severe mobility issues, but was taken by wheelchair directly from United gate to Hilton reception desk. Restaurants were close to reception and elevators, so accessible with stroller.

Overall, it was a very nice place, and the location is perfect. It's a bit dated. The elevators were old and loud, with obnoxious rattling. One of the elevators always smelled like urine for some reason. The front desk and concierge were helpful and provided two tickets to Chicago 360 to view the observation deck at the Hancock, which was nice. Overall, it was good, although they probably should have someone go through the bathroom and re-caulk everything. It's pretty nasty and very noticeable upon check-in.
