We had a wonderful stay at the Beau Site! The hotel is stunning, every detail is perfection. The area is quiet and picturesque and close to the centre of town. The pools and spa are clean and so luxurious. The staff is so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Sabina and Camilla at the front desk were particularly helpful and good to us. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the Fondue Hut which was a very special and delicious experience, made even more special with incredible service from Federico. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon.

Excellent hotel. Excellent views. Short walk or shuttle service from train station, conveniently located without having to hike up steep roads. It may seem a little expensive, but you get your moneys worth here. The outdoor hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in a very beautiful part of the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. Concierge service is top of the line. Highly recommend.

✨ A Perfect Stay at BEAUSiTE Zermatt! ✨ From the spacious and beautifully designed common areas to our comfortable room, everything exceeded expectations. The staff at the concierge, reception, housekeeping, and restaurants truly made our stay a 10/10. A special mention goes to Pierre at the Grill restaurant, whose warm and thoughtful service stood out and made our dinner even more enjoyable. The breakfast team was also lovely, offering a wide variety of options—we especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice machine, such a refreshing touch! The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the sauna. Another highlight was the personal wooden bath in our suite, which made the experience feel extra luxurious. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended! 🌟

Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We even received a tour upon arrival. We had two nights of room service, and it was quick and extremely tasty! The spa and pool ares were nice as well. Don’t skip out on breakfast!

It was great staying at Beausite! The location was slightly further away from the main town area, but it had great views of the Matterhorn. The heated pool and hay sauna was the best to relax after a day of hiking. The room was spacious and toilet felt luxurious.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an excellent location that made exploring the area so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A wonderful experience all around!

Outstanding hotel and service. The staff went above and beyond to help. Unmatched views of the Matterhorn from our patio and the pool. Cannot wait to visit again for snowboard season!

We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. Lastly, be sure to take advantage of their breakfast- you’ll thank me later!
