The beds seem like they were broke they sunken in real low.. there look like there was mold on the bathroom walls ..and didnt see anything on website about there pool was closed that why we chosen this motel bc it had a swimming pool if i new it was closed would never stay and price was high for no pool $153.and shower heads need replace bad they were cracked and orange rust on them .

Breakfast could have more options on the weekend. Not happy with not being able to get Hilton honor points since we booked Expedia. If Hilton would keep prices like Expedia offers people wouldn’t have to go that route. It was 20 dollars different.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn. The free breakfast was very tasty and we had a lot of options. The beds were extremely comfortable and warm, and I slept like a baby on it. Good, prompt, professional service from the staff. Very clean and well-prepared room. The hotel parking was plentiful, too, and there were some good restaurants nearby within walking distance, as well as a gas station. Lovely stay overall. Just don’t use the $5 Evian water bottle. Mwah!

The breakfast buffet was well stocked. We thought we were getting a king bed but it was only a queen. The swimming pool was under construction as was the roof . We got no previous warning and no compensation for a non- working pool which was very disappointing,

Great stay as a stop along our trip. The pool wasn’t in working order which was disappointing. We had one issue with the shower but the manager Cindy was amazing. She came up to the room and fixed it herself. Great service!

Check in was great. I was meet with a friendly and helpful person. The first issue was not knowing ahead of time the pool was under renovation. It would serve the guest to know ahead of with a statement on the app! I would not have paid that rate with little to no amenities. The mattress has seen its better days and the breakfast was underwhelming.
