"This room was straight out of the 1970s. The couch cushions were so worn that when you sat on the couch, the frame supported the backs of your legs. The hot tub was under maintenance. The hotel was not good for what it cost. The trashcans didn't have liners, there were no towels in the front bathroom, the couch was un-sittable, the tvs had to be worked on. It just wasn't at all as expected for a Wyndham property"

"Room looked nice but smelled of urine. Shower so slippery had to put down a towel INSIDE the shower to be safe. 3rd floor ice machine didn't work. In the morning - no front desk staff to provide a receipt upon checkout."
