The owners are very responsive and super friendly. The location is very ideal; less than 10 minutes to a boardwalk along the water, and a 20 minute walk to Youghal's main strip. Also a convenient pub right across the street. Great value for the price, ESPECIALLY if you are toting along a family like I am.
