Disliked: Cleanliness
Check in and out was easy. First thing I noticed upon entering the room was the floor by the door was sticky. The second thing I noticed was how I could hear multiple TVs and people talking; the walls are thin and there is a gap between the doors and floor where some type of strip/guard should be. I could see the hallway carpet from the bench in the room. The room had details that were not clean…a couple stray hairs from a previous guest in the shower, dust in the corners, and a random Jesus figurine balanced on door frame. Other similarly priced hotels I stayed in on this trip had a much cleaner feel. The microwave popped only half a bag of popcorn. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Be aware the deck is slippery and the pool towels are a joke…I don’t think they’d even wrap around a baby. Standard black out curtains and good bed helped with sleep. Breakfast was standard, but it bothered me the lady stocking it was coughing and not turning away from the food. I wanted a cup of coffee in my room but they provided only decaf coffee in the room. It was okay and safe for one night but I’ll look elsewhere next time.
