This was a nice clean room and property. Only recommendation I have is if you stay near the lobby, be sure to close the extra door or you will hear every single person checking in.
It took the staff almost a full day to get me a room key. The room was ripped up--pieces were cut out of ceilings & floor in several places. Apparently there was water damage? The carpet looked awful. There was no chair for the desk. I had to ask for one. The staff seemed nice and friendly.
Nice basic no-frills hotel. Comfortable bed, TV, phone, internet. Clean, quiet.
The exterior looks better than it is on the interior. Room was dated and showed wear and tear - needs an update. The sink was clogged and although the sheets appeared clean - there were long dark hairs on the pillow! Staff was friendly and promised to contact the owners about this and get back to us - we never heard from them again...
People were friendly, fair rate...but the floor needed to be vacuumed and the gliding chair needs to be thrown out.
This was an interesting hotel in Westborough well off the beaten path. The hotel front desk clerk was rude and abrupt, and we had a table top portable a/c unit in the room. Walking distance to restaurants and quiet. Not much value for the money.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Room was very adequate. A very good find for the price. The sheet of rules given out at checkin was a bit over the top, such as not to take breakfast food “for later.” Seemed more geared toward rowdy college students than the mature traveler. Also would have helped had there been some literature or information in the room about things to see and do in the community. Needs to be more welcoming. If it achieves that, it would be a five star choice.
The bed sheets did not smell clean , the parking spaces are really limited and parking spaces are really small. Someone dented my door

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was charming and comfortable. Convenient location to get into Worcester, the Main Street nearby is a nice walk as well
By far the best deal you will find in Metro West Boston area.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom very old and tired looking.
Huge basement rec room. Pool table. Huge screen TV.

Regrettably the unusually hot weather this year has overloaded the air conditioner system at the inn. Therefore we had to add additional units to some rooms.
