The property was great, so were the staff! Only issues i had are kind of nit picky. Drippy shower head that soaked the floor if we didnt remember to shut the shower door. Leaky windows (condensation) that was starting to damage the paint on the sill. Melted ice cream in the mini fridge. Side entrances were left unlocked during the day but from 12am to 6am they are locked (cant use your room card to enter the building. Signage on back and side doors really should be there to alert customers. There was signage on the front door tho. Other than those issues, the pool was amazing and clean! The staff were present and extremely helpful. Would most definetly stay at that location again!

We loved how warm the pool area was, and the pleasant temperature of the pool. Our only issue was the fact that we weren’t given the free breakfast coupons upon arrival, so had to pay for our first breakfast. However, when we raised the fact that our booking (through Expedia) should have included free breakfast, we were assured of a refund.
