Enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn. Beautiful lobby with fireplace inside and outside. My husband is a smoker and the outside area was covered and warm. All the staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious. The parking was easy. Easy in and out off the highway. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My room (110 or 100) corner Room close to the parking was perfect!!! The electric range helps with a last minute iteems needed to take for Thanksgiving dinner. The overnight Night Auditor was really great I apologize that I forgot her name. I will be back.

Customer service is excellent. They save me breakfast everyday due to my newborn baby situation. And everyone is so friendly. The reason for 4 stars review rating is that (1) they don't have a safe in the room, so can't store valuables/passport in the safe; (2) the room is quite dark, not enough natural light and the lightings in the room is quite dim light, and the layout prevent more natural light to comes in, so it makes the room quite dark even during the daytime.

The couch in the accessible room block my entrance into the room. The distance between the couch and counter is not wide enough for the wheelchair to roll thru. Suggest removing full size couch and replacing with a loveseat. Also the lighting in room is too dim and not bright enough. The lighting over sink is very dim not good for applying makeup. I would have opened my curtains but was on first floor facing back of hotel. I hope this review is helpful and action is taken. Thank you.
