The house was in a super convenient location and made getting to several destinations very easy. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with did we need anything answered. However, it wasn’t really necessary because everything was well laid out inside the house. The house was very clean and welcoming. I have no complaints at all. I would stay again and would recommend the house to friends and family for future visits.

Good place for the value

I went with a group of boys for my son’s college graduation. It was perfect for our needs for the time we needed it. However, it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures.

House was nice perfect size and very clean. But the lanai and backyard are atrocious. Should really consider cleaning up the yard

This property has everything you need. The pool was fun and we loved the foosball and ping pong tables. We were in town for a concert that was about 30 minutes away which was quite reasonable. The host is very responsive to questions. Appreciate the use of the house!

Fabulous Family Fun!

My husband and I came down from Alberta, Canada for my son's graduation from Full Sail University and our adult daughter joined us from Toronto. The house was in the perfect location and close to everything we needed. It was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying fun family time. We really enjoyed the pool in the Florida heat and the record player and albums were a very nice touch. The beds were comfy and it was very handy having a washer and dryer on site. Loved the decor and the kitchen had everything we needed (minus a corkscrew). Wish we would have found this property on our earlier visits to Winter Park. Thanks for a great stay!

Inside vs. Outdoor areas

My review will refer to 2 separate areas of this property. I will begin with the positive - the inside of the house. It was decorated very cute and presented very clean. The outdoor areas - completely different story. Upon arrival the backporch area was so dirty that I could write words in the dirt that had accumulated on the tables, the screen on the door was ripped half off, the floor was very dirty and the ledges around all of the screens were also filthy. Now on the pool - it was filled with leaves upon our arrival with a scum floating on the top of the water. I contacted the host regarding these disappointments and he agreed to come over and clean the back porch area but that the pool would not be cleaned until it day of service unless I wanted to pay for extra cleaning. The chairs by the pool clearly had not been cleaned and I needed to clean them before sitting in them. One of the chairs even broke as my husband was sitting in it. In addition there was dog waste in the yard. The owner came to clean the outdoor chairs and pick up the dog waste, but stated it was the previous guest that did it. I don't care who left it - I would think that one would not want a property to present as this one did. To summarize the insided - very nice - the outdoor area - Absolutely NOT. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I feel like I wasted my Spring Break money and time.

Also stayed here for a week in Nov 2023. Very nice home. Host is the best! Home is the best we’ve ever stayed in. Home included wonderful decor and many extras were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath door was warped and wouldn’t open all the way. The front door keypad was problematic. The lanai leaked water when it rained and the screen door on the lanai was broken. The shower curtain in the bathroom wasn’t very secure it fell twice. No hot water in the master bath sink.

Heaven sent

Traveled to Orlando for the birth of our granddaughter and stayed here because of the proximity to the hospital. Jared and Britney were the best hosts. Our son and daughter in law were staying with us and they found a beautiful welcoming note! This house is cared for with love.

Great memories

It was just like the pictures. Very clean and so nice! Ping pong, fooze ball, and a pretty pool! Kerig machine for coffee , wine glasses, pans, etc. We were so happy when we walked in. We stayed there with family (and one dog) as our daughter waa getting married in Winter park. We missed the pet few initially which was.our fault. Very close to a great coffee shop and grocery stores. Hosts were so nice and even left a thoughtful gift for our daughter's wedding! Beautifully furnished and so clean! I would highly reccomend!

Florida 2024

Loved this house. It was perfect for our needs. Our group consisted of 3 adults and a small dog. Our daughter lives in the area and was getting married. We stayed for a month and helped to prepare for the wedding. Jared contacted us several times during our stay to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. We did have a problem with the dishwasher and he came right away to repair it. Jared is a perfect host. The home was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and had several ping pong tournaments. We hope to stay there again when coming back to the area. Thank you Jared!
