Riverside Perfection

We could not be more pleased. The morning and evening views of the Fraser River were excellent (including a Moose off the deck). There is great access to the beginning of the Fraser River trail (running, biking, walking) within 100m of the front door and leading right into town. Puzzles, games, and plenty of natural light. . Walk-able access to restaurants from the front door, we will definitely return.

Good property with some issues

We stayed at Trademark Drive #2 for 9 days with family - generally the property was well presented and had all the facilities we could wish for. However, one severe concern is the lack of sound deadening in the property. Other occupants in the apartment above us, made life miserable over one weekend with excessively loud music being played. On a seperate point - it is worth noting that whilst the listing is correct about being a short walk away from the Winter Park shuttle bus service - the actual bus service during the week is substantially lower than at weekends - we ended up walking to the lifts on the week days due to a lack of regular buses.

Beautiful Condo Overlooking the Fraser River

We absolutely loved staying at this condo. The view of the Fraser River out of the window was sublime. It is super convenient for skiing at Winter Park. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and everything you need to cook. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms. We loved it!

Enjoyed this condo very much. Very cozy and felt like home during our 4 day stay. Quiet and safe. Nice walking trail just a few feet from the door. Skiing accessibility was a big perk. Town shopping close by. Will love to come back.

Disappointing

The location is excellent, the apartment is beautiful and well Equipped, but I will not return: 1. Most important: the communication with the owner or his employees was terrible. Few of the windows didn't open. It seems unnecessary, but there is no air conditioning in the apartment, so it is a must in the summer. We talked to the property manager, and they said they would send someone to fix it. We stayed two days it wasn't done, and the rooms were very hot during the day and night. We weren't able to sleep! We didn't locate the outside hot tub. We asked the property manager twice but didn't get any response. When we arrived, we found a broken tile in one of the bathrooms. We wrote about it to the property manager but didn't get any response. 2. one of the bedrooms doesn't have a window but only a door to the balcony which we didn't want to leave open at night so this room was also very hot. The hot tub in the apartment seems to have fungi/dirt in one of the jets. The water was filled with small black particles after the jets were activated. Sorry, not worth the price. I know that sometimes not everything is perfect, I was most disappointed with the property manager's response. I hope they will change it.

Great condo

Loved this condo! Location was fantastic. Condo was clean and cozy and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked. Great selection of games that the kids loved. We will absolutely stay here again! Our only disappointment was with the hot tub, which is NOT owned by the condo owners. This falls on property management... the bubblers did not work. Apparently this has been a problem for a while, according to owners that we spoke to. The first two nights , no jets, but at least it was hot. It didn’t exactly smell great either. The third night, it was even hot. In fact, cool enough that it wasn’t useable. Such a disappointment.
