The marina and surroundings are fabulous. A bit of work loading in and out but we were informed ahead of time. The accommodations are terrific. Absolutely worth the price and the effort.

Recently spent the weekend at The Cove. The place is just as described. I will say that getting your things to the houseboat is a little challenging. I would recommend taking a wagon that can transport your items from the parking lot to the houseboat. They are very nice and well appointed. The houseboats are very close

Wow!

My husband was skeptical when I told him we were going to have an adventure on a houseboat but it turned out to be his favorite place he's ever stayed in. It wasn't at all like any houseboat he had in his imagination (cramped, small, uncomfortable bed) and declared it to be a "grand two-bedroom condo that just happens to float, which was cool!" Hoping that we have a reason to return to Wilmington one day to stay here again! We loved the entire vibe of being in historic Wilmington!

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Wilmington. "Luxe at the Cove" is such a cool place to stay--We loved it, our kids loved it, and friends and family we told about it were blown away. Plenty of room, super clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for (laundry, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The second floor patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drink, etc. 10/10 recommend--An awesome and unique stay!

Very nice House Boat!

Very enjoyable stay. The houseboat is super convenient to downtown a nice Riverwalk is minutes from there which can take you to multiple restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this. It is super clean and extremely comfortable! A perfect way to enjoy Wilmington!

Fantastic Stay!!!

The houseboat was very clean, and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of four, and we loved the location. I have found that many VRBO’s are asking for excessive work at check-out these days, but not this one. It was super simple, just turn on the dishwasher and leave the laundry. That was also much appreciated. I can’t think of anything they could do to make the stay better…A+. We had a blast, and will definitely be back.

Perfect relaxing getaway

I highly recommend this property! The boat is decorated beautifully, beds are super comfy, layout is perfect for 4 adults, and it’s located within walking distance of great eats and entertainment. Host communicates perfectly with clear directions. View is stunning! All around perfect.

Gorgeous home!

This place is simply gorgeous! From booking online, to the check in process and everything in between, we had an amazing experience! Location was perfect for my daughter’s competition right next door at the convention center. This really is a 5 star review, however, the only suggestion that I would make would be maybe adding some railings for young children who are staying with parents. Other than that, we will definitely be back!

Amazing stay

I rarely leave reviews for stays but this one was so outstanding that it warrants one. The place is adorable and perfectly decorated, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable, the views are amazing, and the location is beyond unique. Truly cannot recommend highly enough. There is a walk from the parking space to the unit which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for some, particularly if you bring a lot of stuff. Also, I stayed here with teens but am not sure that I would have loved it as much with little ones because not all of the walkways around the water are fenced. But for us, this was truly a perfect stay and I would 100% stay here again.
