Hotel shows signs of aging. Frayed rugs. Rust on door frames. Tired decor. Young employee at the coffee bar on early morning of March 27 was clueless about providing good customer service. Desk personnel, however, were excellent.

Room needed to be cleaned better, bathroom needed more attention and staff needs to check in and under furniture as we could garments in a drawer and several items on the floor under dresser. However, I want to say the staff we encountered throughout our visit were fantastic.

Found a cockroach on its back and the lakes were still moving when we checked in to the room. Ask the staff to get us a different room. They did not have one. Going through Expedia was a third-party so I had to keep the room. Housekeeping came in took care of the cockroach. Cleaned everything up. We asked the maid to clean the floor because it looked like it wasn’t swept, it looked dirty. She took the broom, and there was quite a bit of dirt that she collected by the door. She also took care of the cockroach towards us and put spray down where she cleaned it up from. The front desk paid for our parking and gave us food vouchers for only $15 a person which they were two of us or the restaurant there at the hotel. They did also say that they were going to put reward points on my Hilton reward. I couldn’t get my room comped. Very noisy. Something on the water kept banging like they were working on the ship. Notice cracks on the wall around the window hotel needs some updating on some of those things. Will not stay there again.

Room looked neglected. Bathroom toilet sounded like it was going to come off the wall, water pressure was low. The shower head was not stable in the wall and the design of the bathroom sink was horrible. There was no body wash in the hotel supplied container. I could go on but I have noticed a lack of attention to Hilton properties lately and I won’t be going back voluntarily again.

Yes, all staff were friendly but room was never comfortable, 90 degrees in room upon arrival, someone fixed it after a hour, woke up in the morning to 52 degrees, noone came so we sat in lobby until checkout. It was part of my wifes Valentines, nice place to stay after dinner on the river, nice hotel but never comfortable.

Ypon checkin iur key did not work and had to wait 12 min for someone to come. The room smelled moldy ir mildew. There was no refrigerator and the water glasses were dirty. There also was only one washcloth in the roo.. Yhis room was way overpriced to be so poorly maintained, smelly and lack of linen
