Room was clean, staff was almost non-existent, had to wait 20 minutes to check in because there was no staff. There is a lot of noise from the highway. Bathtub had stains in it. Breakfast was a make your own waffle machine (wasn't good) cereal and coffee / tea, no juice or anything. There was a single loaf of bread to make toast with. Check out was contactless, just a basket to leave your room key in when you left.

Do not stay here. You will regret it. Our room had mold, smelled awful, hadn't been dusted or really cleaned and the property is under construction so there are hazards everywhere. Bed felt like I was sleeping on marbles. I would have been more comfortable in my car! We only stayed one night because we were exhausted from traveling. I booked for 2 nights and will try to get a refund for the second night given the horrible conditions. I have no idea if the breakfast was any good as we left very early.

Place was filthy. It took me 2 towels soaked in soapy water to clean the floor because our feet were black just from a few minutes being there and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Pubic hair in the tub and dried up urine all over the toilet. Ive been going there for years in our yearly trip to knobles and every year its worse and worse. This was our last year.
