Wonderful

We had an awesome college reunion and the condo was perfect. It has plenty of space and is right near the water. As a bonus there is a breakfast and lunch place in the club within easy walking distance

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kingsmill. The property manager was very responsive, the condo was so clean, and it was in a nice quiet area. We would definitely come back and stay with every visit to Williamsburg!!

Vacation

I enjoyed the house. My family and I stayed for a week. Very clean. Neighborhood very quiet. Great location to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. The owner Gayle was very helpful and friendly. Gayle provided everything. If you forgot something, don’t worry, Gayle has it at the condo for you. She even went out of her way to mail back a jacket I left. Fantastic place. Will rent again.

Williamsburg vacation

This is our second year at Gayle’s property. It’s perfect for our family. Very clean and great location for all that Williamsburg has to offer. The beds were comfortable and rooms were good size. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely Condo - Larger than expected!

Nice. Quiet. 2 separate bedroom/bath areas for privacy with large shared living, dining and kitchen. Host was SUPER fast in responding to questions and eager to help. Very convenient to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Would rent again.

Fantastic!

My husband, son, two dogs, and I stayed for 4 nights. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I highly recommend this property. The area was beautiful and the condo. was lovely.

Clean, Quiet, Cozy and EAGLES!

First thing we noticed, the place was really clean. It had everything we needed for our week in Williamsburg. The beds were comfy, that’s a huge plus! It was quiet and a great location for walking and exploring the immediate area. Loved hearing the steam train whistle from Busch Gardens in the distance. Another huge plus for us bird lovers- Every morning we would sit on the balcony with our coffee watching eagles (yes! Eagles), osprey and blue heron. Everyday we had bird sightings of some sort. Very beautiful! We will definitely come back!

Wonderful Two Weeks

We spent two relaxing weeks in this great Kingsmill condo. Beautiful location with easy access to shopping and the golf course; and just a 20 minute drive to Christopher Newport University. Also pet freindly, as we brought our two fury friends for some R&R. Well funished and very comfortable, especially the beds...slept great.

Great!

My family had a perfect time at this condo. It was definitely huge! We were happily surprised and my teens were happy to have a wing to themselves. The beds were comfy and the coffee was a lifesaver. Loved having a nice view, too! We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Williamsburg.

Very comfortable stay

This was perfect for our family while bringing our daughter for a college visit to William and Mary. Clean, comfortable, spacious and with everything we needed. Gayle was attentive and responds very quickly. The view was beautiful and we hope to return when we have more time and warmer weather for using the waterfront area. Great stay!

Family Colonial getaway

We had a great stay in this festive property. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Property was clean and had so many extra things like condiments, coffee and creamer, and oil (thankfully, because I forgot to bring it for brownies). Wood burning fire place worked great too!

The Best Condo at Kingsmill

We have stayed at Kingsmill every year for the last 5 years to go to Christmas Town at Busch Gardens with our two small children. This condo was by far the best one we have stayed at. It was decorated with a Christmas tree and lots of holiday touches, even down to seasonal k-cups and mugs to enjoy. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The view was fabulous too! Gayle was also wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be back again next year!
