Room clean and comfortable, staff accommodating except for one experience. I bought breakfast for 3 mornings which we did not use but we stayed an extra night due to a winter storm and tried to use the coupons the next morning and was told they expired. So only buy what you will use!

It was a nice, comfortable stay, but it’s worth noting that despite the listing saying otherwise, they DON’T have a hot tub. This was disappointing for us as we were specifically looking for a place with a hot tub. If that doesn’t matter to you, it’s a very comfortable place to stay. The beds are comfy, room was clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a nice indoor pool. It’s also just a short (10 - 12 min) drive to Busch Gardens.
