Room has been smoked in. There was no other room available. On a 34 degree night, we had to leave our window open and the air conditioning on full blast. Very limited breakfast. The manager wiped up a spill in the dining area with a towel using his foot. Our towel and washcloths were dirry.

We left. The man running the place will claim that your Expedia booking doesn’t “work” (even though he can see it and has your room reserved, which means it works). Then he’ll tell you that you have to pay cash. And he’ll tell you to “call Expedia tomorrow” to try and get a refund. If you check into the room, you are on record as checking in, plus you paid cash, so there’s no record of you really paying other than your charge from Expedia. You will have a real uphill battle getting a refund. Just another scam jerk-off running a hotel taking advantage of people. Also the hotel looks like complete crap. Any photos posted of it are either from 10 years ago when it wasnt ran by some Indian scam artist, or they’re just fake. Additionally, the “english breakfast” is old cereal and milk and bread. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. Williams has plenty of hotels. Pay an extra $50 to stay somewhere that’s not trying to rake you over the coals. People like this don’t deserve to be in business.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is too light, pancake machine was not working, only toast or cereal available, no fruits. Our toilet was broken. However you are really well located, 5min from Bearizona and Williams’ Main Street. Most of all really affordable, worth it for the price you pay.

Breakfast was basic-- yogurt and cereal , bread, muffins which being gluten free , we just bought fruit and GF bread to supplement. Rooms clean, the railroad train was far enough away to not wake you up. Many rooms yet they group everyone together! Please spread guest out for privacy! That is the same for any hotel it seems on this trip to Arizona

This is the first hotel I’ve seen where the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Service wasn’t as great, but can be improved. Breakfast was fine, and the lights in the room could be improved since one of them doesn’t work. Beds are very comfortable however. There was a liquid leaking in the fridge which I’ve never seen before

Staff had the door locked when we tried to check in. We drove in from Albuquerque and it was raining. We had to call the hotel to ask to be let in, but he kept telling us the door was open. He finally came to the door after about 10 minutes. Broken toilet, lights not working in the room.
