Used condom on floor

At first you think it’s ok. However, they obviously don’t clean well. I found a USED CONDOM on my floor by my bed. The tables had glass marks on them. Bathroom floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Seriously though, a USED CONDOM though was missed! Disgusting!!!

We booked for 2 queen beds and were told that our room was out of service due to a leak and that they would "upgrade us to a room with 2 Double(Full) beds with no charge to us" as if we were suppose to be charge to get a downgraded room with smaller beds. I was being reasonable and I told them eventually that we were OK with the room since we were really tired( I swear they take advantage of this since they know the hassle it is to find another place). We went inside our room and everything seemed normal until we got inside the bathroom. There was hair everywhere in the shower from the previous stay. Used bottles of body wash/shampoo that were spilled over. There was 1 body towel that was dirty and 2 face towels that looked clean but did not trust. We were disappointed beyond believe. Showers were a pass that night for us unfortunately. In the morning we went to their continental breakfast and it was beyond mediocre. They had milk and cereal and bread. That's it! Couldn't believe my eyes that they would call that breakfast. We had a slice of bread and were out of there. We are not the type of people to leave bad reviews but this past our threshold. We wouldn't want anybody else to go through this. They have plenty of areas for improvement. Hope the owner takes this review to heart and improves in the areas necessary to stay in business.

Wreaked of weed. Dirty. No access to drinks due to vending machine being empty. Wasn’t allowed to get bottled water because we weren’t “members.” No food delivery in the area.

False advertisement. The hotel is total dump on a graveled lot right beside the highway. Nothing like pictures. Nothing convenient around it. Looks like a prostitution motel. Had to book another room somewhere else!!

small but good

First time I see a remote desk monitor device at an hotel, kinda made me feel in a fiction movie :D the only 2 persons at staff I saw (front desk and housekeeper) were kind. This is a very small hotel but fills the basic needs and surprisely the beds are so comfy!. The only I miss was a snack vending machine but Im pretty sure is in purpose so everybody has to go Williams downtown (less than a mile far and full of good food options for everybody).

The check-in was impersonal and poor - had a McDonalds type screen with person from out of state to deal with ( even tho man at desk) and had to insert credit card and drivers license into machine. Printed out small receipt and room card. Card wouldn’t work and desk clerk had hard time reprogramming. Requested hard copy of bill, but said I’d have to get it from Expedia, they couldn’t provide another, No easy access to room, no luggage racks - desk person offered dirty laundry cart to get luggage to room ( although he did offer to assist) Room was very small, no closet or place to hang clothes. AC was very noisy, but worked well to cool room. On first floor, could hear people walking in room above us. Bathroom was small, tub was stained, but nice amenities. Room appeared to have been recently painted and mostly new furniture. Bed was clean and comfortable, linen looked brand new. Breakfast room very small, coffee machine was empty and pancake machine was empty. Desk guy refilled both, but stated “They don’t know how to work it” to co worker. All in all, bed was comfortable, location was good. But with all the other things, I’d pass it by.

Wish the pool was cleaned and maintained

The pool needed cleaning. The front desk you had to ring the bell and wait. We were greated with a smile when the person was friendly. It was odd that every time we went to the front desk we had to ring the bell. Not a great breakfast to offer so we head out early to get breakfast on the road.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Williams - Grand Canyon. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—special thanks to Abhi at the front desk for making check-in smooth and for the great local recommendations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
