The Orange Blossom home sits right in the heart of downtown Williams, AZ. It has been completely remodeled, and has Air Conditioning, a dishwasher, and lots of space for your family. Home features 3 bedrooms. 3 sofa sleepers with twin beds. Plenty of area for everyone for your entire family to enjoy, everything is all on one level, no stairs. The backyard is landscaped with plenty of gravel and lots of trees that surround the property. Enjoy a backyard barbeque with a propane grill and patio set.
This single-level home with no stairs! Sits on the right on the corner in the downtown area. Walk to shops, the Grand Canyon Railway station, or the visitor center. Linens, towels, pillows, and cookware for adults and children are all in place and available. Central heat, Air conditioner, and thermostat that you control are sitting right on the wall, not pre-set. We just ask you to leave the heat on when you depart the home. In addition, ceiling fans are provided in every room of the house for those who need constant airflow. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space in an open floor plan. The home has landscaping and a small fenced area on a corner lot. You have access to hiking areas like Sycamore Falls and lakes like White Horse Lake, Dog Town Lake, and a 6-mile drive to Kaibab Lake. The nights are beautiful with fresh air, stargazing, shopping, and restaurants all only a few blocks away. We are pet-friendly at an additional charge due to the extra cleaning that takes place. The property is partially fenced.
This Orange Blossom home is sure to keep everyone busy. Inside, we feature 3 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen-size bed, and another queen-size bed. We have an additional 3 twin-size sofa sleepers. The back yard and side yard area has a patio set and a propane barbecue grill for your use. We have some games and books. We also have (2) TVs with Dish satellite, and all 3 have Roku Channel on them. You can also switch over to Roku to sign in and watch your Netflix account or Amazon Prime Video. Bedroom #2 has a sofa sleeper and a kids' puzzle and game selection. The backyard has a corn hole game for your family to enjoy. We have an instruction book inside that lays out all the areas, hiking trails, fishing, and lakes. We are less than 2 miles from Bearizona, and the Deer Farm is just 7 miles away. Enjoy the town of Williams with downtown shootouts, a Historical Brewery, and more. See the South Rim of the Grand Canyon! You may also want to enjoy a drive to Sedona to view the Red Rocks and Oak Creek!
The shopping is amazing and includes, but is not limited to, Native American jewelry, art galleries, clothing, and souvenirs. The local grocery store in Williams is a Safeway. All are just a few blocks away from this home. Do not forget to take time to enjoy all of the wonderful restaurants, including the local wine tastings and breweries in the area!
This home includes the following. Large open living room area with (2) sofa sleepers. Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed and another sofa sleeper, a TV, and game, and a puzzle area for kids. Bedroom #3 has a Queen-size bed and a TV. Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom with a Queen-size bed and its private full-size bath. The house is in a very convenient location. The house was comfortable and suited our needs. We visit the area every year and have never had any complaints. This time I am offended. I notified the host about the oven not working well. Our stay was over Thanksgiving. The oven knob wasn’t working well. We had difficulty both turning it on and then off. I told the host about that problem and have now been notified of a damage report and the cost to fix that as well as a can opener that broke, again which I notified host of as well as some hinge to a window, we knew nothing about. We did not damage anything while there, yet it seems that that is how they are considering it! Never have I been blamed for a problem I didn’t cause just because I let them know that it exists. In fact I was avoiding writing a review so as not to be the one to lower their ratings, but if they are going to blame me for a problem that existed before I got there and probably due to just old appliances and age rather than the fault of any person or negligence, than I feel I should warn others of the same risk.

Great location! Space I. The home was a little tight especially in the kitchen but everything was decently well stocked. Description says it sleeps 9 but there is not enough space at the table for that. Couch bed was very uncomfortable.

Lovely house, convenient location

Our family of 2 parents and 4 young adults enjoyed this spacious and convenient house, which provided scenic and not-too-long drives to both the Grand Canyon's South Rim and Sedona -- the 2 spots we wanted to hit during our 3-day stay. The house is well equipped and very clean. The grocery store is only a few blocks away. Ceiling fans were appreciated, as they made the house very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy. To our surprise and delight, we were treated to 4th of July fireworks that we could see from the yard. We would stay here again!

Perfect place for day adventures

Friends Getaway

Myself and five family and friends rented this home so we could go to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. It was perfect. We were within walking distance to the main strip on route 66 restaurants and stores. Across the street from the Fire Dept and American legion. It was an hour and 15 minutes to the Grand Canyon just a few minutes to Bearizona. The home was really cute and comfortable and very clean and smelled good. Six of us were very comfortable there. The only thing one of my roomies mentioned is the mattress she slept on probably needs replaced now as it sinks into the middle. The backyard is nice to sit in and enjoy the beautiful weather. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water for all six of us. Would definitely stay here again thank you Judy for sharing your beautiful home with us! The color of it is fun too, and we could always see it when we were coming back in from the day or night.

Great home. Perfect location for seeing the Grand Canyon. The town is amazing. Perfect size for our group. The host was great about answering questions we had before hand. Slight problem with TV but someone came over immediately when we reported it to Judy. Nice space for kids to play in the back with plenty of space for adults to relax. We would definitely go back again!

We had a good stay in Williams. The house was as advertised and was a central location for the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. Williams is a great little town with all the services needed for a vacation.
