Staff was very kind, helpful, professional. Room was clean. Only real complaint was that you can hear almost everything in the adjoining room. We received new neighbors at midnight that were slamming doors, yelling and blasting music, banging on the door to the adjoining room. This made it impossible to sleep. The front desk was very apologetic both times we called, but all they did was call the other room which didn't help.. The front desk was extremely accommodating when we finally asked to be moved, but we wished that they took action to quiet down the other room so we didn't have to listen to them party for 45 minutes and then finally give up and move rooms at 1am.

Staff was pleasant and the room was clean with the exception of the garbage can under the sink. It still had pizza boxes and garbage from the previous guests in it. The pool was small and a bit chilly for my liking but the other guests seemed to be enjoying it.

Clean room and facilities. Nice room amenities in the suite. Very friendly staff. It was as loud, but thats just because of inconsiderate guests who don't know how to close a room door, or just dont care. Also dont know when to lower their voices.
