Great place to stay if you are planning to go to 81 speedway in Park City Kansas. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Room was clean. Stayed two nighs. Breakfast was awesome. Great motel for the price. We will definitely stay again.

I normally stay at a place an exit away but made this reservation by accident. While the room was very good it was a smidge smaller bit the difference that made this place better was a not so bad breakfast while the breakfast down the road is not so good. Was treated great, super nice room and a satisfying. This will be my new temporary stay when need be.

The room needed some maintence issue repaired. Broken tile in the bathroom, proper fitting toilet seat . The toilet handle did not work properly and had to jiggle the handle , but it was clean. The room was clean the bed was comfortable . Breakfast was adequate and area was kept clean.
