The room is very lovely and super comfortable. This is stocked with all the basics especially if you have forgotten something, it might be in here for you waiting. I hope the owners amend their instructions to say to use the driveway (the property has 2 driveways) around the corner on Ponderosa Way as it is much easier to access in the dark. Also, would have loved some instructions on how use the heaters but I eventually figured it out. I would highly recommend this property for extra guests of the area or just someone looking for a quiet get-away. Great bed!

Well-cared for, sweet little getaway. Situated in a neighborhood with friendly people a bit removed from the bustle of the marina. Quiet and peaceful. This is advertised as a getaway for couples, but I found it quite nice as a single person and a good home base for visiting all the sites and attractions around. The small refrigerator and convection burner also made it so I could cook my meals in. The cabin was a little less roomy than I thought, but still quite nice and I would return.

The property was cute and cozy, perfect for 2 people, the only advice for the owner is if you advertise breakfast supplies provided: 2 packets of hot chocolate and 1 k-cup of decaf doesn't really constitute breakfast supplies, but in spite of breakfast we had a great time.

Just as advertised

Everything went as planned with our reservation/check in and this cute little unit is conveniently located. Has a slight view of the lake. I would recommend for 1 or 2 guests.

Cozy Modern Studio Cabin

This modern cabin was very comfortable, clean and well-located. It is small but very comfortable. Everything in it -- from the bed to kitchen to heating and bathroom were top notch. It was very easy to return there after a day spent on the Lake and in the Mt. Lassen area. Also, while there has been a lot of fire damage in surrounding forests, this part of the lake thankfully escaped all of that.

Peace & Quiet (but too small)

"Cabin" is the description for an excellent 2/3 garage conversion (long and narrow). Too small, thus can't give a 5 star review. "Too small", meaning no dresser so clothes kept in suitcases (2 of us). No room for suitcases creating cramped quarters and safety issues. Beautiful place (great attention to detail) but would NOT stay there again.

Very efficient little apartment with a nice setting in a wooded community, though not close to lake. Nice to have cocktails in the evening in the clear piney air.
