So when I got there i had my reservation in for the day changes to a day ahead and had my email with a confirmation saying I was all set and when I got there it was never changed. Ugh! Took longer to check in and i only had so much time before wedding i was attending. Also when i told the front desk my room hair dryer didn't work i was giventhe "oh well". so that sucked

Older facility about 2.5 miles from cape cod rail trail west end.

Free Belgium waffles at breakfast. Older facility which shows signs of age. Staff is GREAT. Helpful and friendly. Pool and room are clean but in need of repair. Had a great time.

This is our 2nd time here, 1rst time stay was great, king bed was very comfortable but could hear people walking around upstairs till all hours of the night. This time on 2nd floor thought it would be quieter NOPE! Room was not ready after we were told it would be by 3 had NO washcloths, KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAY in and out of rooms and yelling ALL DAY AND INTO THE NIGHT AND THE BEDS WERE TERRIBLE ENDED UP WITH BACK SPASMS. Not a good stay this time around at all.

won't stay here again.

The motel had lots of guests that partied till the early morning hour (1:30am). Front desk stated that these guests have been at the motel for the last 5 year, and there's nothing they can do about the noise. After the parties checked out, it was quiet for the last night of my 3 night stay.

Good Location

The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. An hour drive from Provincetown, an hour drive from Woods Hole (ferry to Martha’s Vineyard). Also plenty to do near the hotel.

Room was clean. Air conditioning was on and working well. Bed was a little too soft but fine. It was a very busy night so it was a little loud, but I was able to get a good sleep in.

Overall, I was unhappy with the hotel. The room was not clean, the fridge did not shut probably making it unusable, breakfast selection was poor, there was socks and food wrappers left from previous guests, there wasn’t a lot of channels on the television, there was a lot of dust and bugs everywhere, and the cleaning staff had left the balcony door open and the front door open which did not make me feel safe!
