Hotels with Kitchenettes in West Manhattan

"The hotel is not your traditional set up. It seems to be a converted building. It's quaint. The gentleman at the front desk was either a brand-new employee or just not very knowledgeable. He couldn't answer basic questions about the charges I was seeing on the screen as I did the self-check-in, which was a little odd in and of itself. The breakfast burritos were amazing and hearty. The room the breakfast was in was too warm. My husband and I weren't there but for an overnight stop, so other than the shuttle offered to downtown Santa Fe, I'm not aware of any other amenities. I would stay here again, under the same circumstances."

"The staff are wonderful. The cleaning is exceptional. The coffee is just brown water & the pool was closed the whole time we were there & that was not communicated prior to booking. I would stay again if the pool was open. "
