The host is so helpful and responsive. The location is excellent for access to Mount Snow, you can walk right to the main lodge. I definitely recommend staying here for a ski weekend!

The condo was very basic in terms of furnishings/ amenities, which was fine for our purposes. One concern was that the description on VRBO was misleading. It read NEW! Ski in / ski out. This condo was quite old and probably 30 years or more from being new. It was not even newly renovated. To get to the closest ski slope, carrying skis, poles, and boot bag took close to 10 minutes just to get to moving walkway and you walk back down the hill with all equipment after finishing skiing as the moving carpet is one way only. Upon arrival the unit had not been serviced by housekeeping. This was due to a scheduling mistake by the housekeeper. The host responded immediately and had the housekeeper there in 15 minutes. Lastly, the hot water was unacceptable. Within 2-3 minutes of starting a shower, there was little to no hot water remaining. This was consistent as we tested it a few times. Messaged the host to let them know they had a hot water tank issue. We only stayed a few days so the repair was to be after our departure.

Host was great throughout. Leading up to our stay they were very quick to respond to our questions and gave us all the info we needed. They followed up to make sure we were able to get into the unit fine and check if we needed anything else. The condo was clean, well equipped and organized. Everything was easy to figure out and we were very comfortable. Really great stay and we hope it's available to rent again the next time we are up at Mt Snow. Thank you!
