This place ticks the boxes most important to me- the three Cs- Clean, Comfortable and Conveniently located. Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced.

Plenty of parking in front of ground floor rooms. Room was in good condition. My only complaint was that the Internet provided by the hotel was weak. Most of the time, it did not work at all. Cellphone provider, T-Mobile does not cover Cape Cod well and I could not use my cellphone as a hotspot. They tried to help, but the hotel's internet distribution was not up to the task.

The overall vibe of this hotel is rundown. The TV had issues that the owner and husband had to come fix. When I left for breakfast in the morning and returned, my key card wouldn’t let me in. The furniture had broken handles. I was underwhelmed by it all.
