I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis.

We had an amazing time. The Campus Hotel was amazing. It was clean, and the staff was amazing. We loved the location and the ability to jump on the boat to Lucern. We will be back.

It’s great hotel but not worth the money. We stayed in a 4 star hotel in the area that had as good a room, better breakfast, many restaurants around for quarter of 20% of the price. It just wasn’t worth it.

Beautiful hotel with unique lakefront location. Incredible views and easy access to Lucerne and other lake locations via the ferry that stops just outside the hotel. Lovely grounds, with walking trails, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking on site. Restaurant has outdoor shaded seating with great views. Family friendly, with a relaxing, refined vibe

Super stay with friends in the property. The lake view family room which consist of two rooms is really spacious, view is breathtaking. You have access to a private beach with paddle and kayak. We are definitely recommending this property.

Stayed in family rooms 313/314. The trash area is right outside the windows of these rooms. Loud trucks/workers were taking the trash out at 7 am. Windows were open for a breeze since there is no AC at the hotel so you could hear everything. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the ferry pickup is right outside the hotel. The view was beautiful but there’s not much a shoreline there to sit around the lake.
