First off not fluent in English…. Ice machine was broken no room amenities no coffee machine no lamps room very dark super thin towels. Was woke up at 11PM because they rented out my room to someone else… Then I was woken up again at 11:30 this time it was the front desk knocking on my door asking me how I got in the room I paid for … SMH . Don’t stop here keep going down the road.

Hotel was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. If they offered some kind of breakfast besides coffee that would be nice, but for the low affordable rate I still have 5 stars. Will stay again.

The staff showed no interest in providing any type of respectful customer service, they were rude, unwelcoming and the lobby had a absolutely terrible smell. One instance I had was returning from the store and they demanded what room I was going to when I clearly had my room key in hand while trying to juggle my groceries. The room I was in had seen better days, there was a brown stain on the sheets and there were cheaply repaired holes on the bathroom door itself and walls in the bathroom. There was also human waste in the toilet and a bit of dust on the sprinkler heads. Absolutely no care put into these rooms for the price I paid.

They put us in a pet friendly room that was disgusting. Dirty. Smelled of pot, stale cigarettes and mold. One overhead light in corner. Two rags for towels. Smoke detector with battery removed. Tattered, old Bed spread with multiple cigarette burns. Handle on shower came off in your hand when turning on. The next morning I asked to be moved for the next night. They put us in a different room that was clean and had been slightly updated. For the cheap price, this room was okay. Won’t stay here again though
