Nuestro 1750 pies cuadrados casa de playa que fue completamente remodelado en 2007 está situado justo al sur de Aptos & paisaje marino Resort, aproximadamente a 12 millas al sur de Santa Cruz. Ofrece una vista al mar panorámica con 15 millas de playa de arena. Usted puede disfrutar de su café de los delfines y los surfistas y luego ver el atardecer desde su terraza. Usted tiene acceso directo a la playa y fogatas está permitido hasta las 10 pm.

La cocina gourmet de granito y acero, está bien equipada con utensilios de cocina y alimentos básicos (especias, aceites, etc.) cualquier cosa que usted puede haber olvidado.

Location, location, location!

This ocean front property is a dream. I nearly cried when I walked inside because the view was beyond words. It was super convenient for my kids& I having the beach so close. My son has sensory issues and sometimes we need to leave places if he gets overstimulated. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else after staying in this little piece of paradise!

Beautiful beachfront getaway

Amazing location with a beautiful view! Furniture was comfortable and home was well stocked with most of the daily necessities. Just make sure you bring your own bath and beach towels and wash cloths as they are not provided. Communication with the owner was great! She responded to any of my questions rapidly. We absolutely loved staying here!

Amazing vacation

Our Happy Place

This is the sixth time our group of friends have come here to enjoy time together in this beautiful spot right on the beach. Host has been awesome each time with great communication and accommodation. Very comfortable, very welcoming condo.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at Beth Ann's place. As always, it's clean and well stocked. The location cannot be beat - even with a rainy weekend it cleared up enough for us to sit on the deck, soak in the sun and enjoy the view. We all love it, love that it can easily accommodate 5 women, love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We'll be back!

Lovely home with gorgeous view

Quick get away to celebrate my brothers birthday with family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect house and location. Spent the evenings enjoying the common areas playing games. Everyone had their own area, definitely plenty of space for 8 people. Beth was so quick with responding to any questions and information was provided throughout the home. We absolutely loved our time here and would 100% book again. Thank you Beth for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful rainy weekend

This beautiful house allowed us to come together in a large, lovely great room for meals and relaxation, and retreat into separate levels for sleep. The beach right out back was gorgeous - we watched surfers and surf fishers, played in the water, and sheltered on the deck in the rain. A very welcoming home!

Amazing getaway! Such a great property! The long walks on the beach, watching the waves from our deck. Having Aptos and Capitola so close was an added plus. We will definitely ask the owners for a return visit.

Winter Beach Getaway

This unit is right next to the beach, with the sound of crashing wave to send you to sleep every night. There are tons of rooms for an extended family beach vacation. We had a great time here.

The place is located as advertised on the ocean, you can hear the waves! The place is very nice and well kept! We had a great time even when the power went out for the day after a storm. The setting is relaxing and everyone hade a great time. Thank you!

Great place for a multi-generational vacation

The location is perfect! Truly right on the sand. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is a plus! The home fit six adults and two kids perfectly. We spent four days swimming, boogie boarding fishing… and the sunsets from the porch were great! Only cons are having to bring own bath towels is a bit of a pain and the kitchen doesn’t have a tea kettle or coffee grinder. Truly is a special place. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!

Mother's Day with my family

The place was really nice. Beautiful ocean views from every floor and room. Downside, I did not know there were 3-floors. I recently had a knee replacement, and I also brought my grandchildren a two-year-old in addition twins which are six months old. It was very difficult to go up and down the stairs on to get to all 3-floors. Lastly, the beds. All the beds except for the top right room were very hard and very uncomfortable. We were not able to sleep on them. Location, great! We made the best of it but had to leave a day early.
