Exceptional townhouse in DC where our party of six stayed for a wedding weekend. Easy access to all places we needed - Capital Hill, Georgetown, Alexandria. Clean and spacious with all the amenities. The hosts had the house set up to be as welcoming as possible. Look forward to visiting again. It's a great place!

This was a beautiful property right in the heart of DC. The location was excellent and everything was in either walking distance or short drive or ride on the Metro. I'm a bit of a VRBO veteran at this point and this was easily the nicest property I've ever stayed at. Communication with the host Karen was excellent and I was always replied to in a matter of minutes. If your visiting the DC area anytime soon I highly recommend staying at this property. My Wife and I were in town with another couple to attend the Warped Tour concert festival. The property has plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults with plenty of rooms to spare. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Welcoming home

The home that was shared was very spacious, surprisingly much more room and comfortable than anticipated. Everything was clean and organized The home appeared to be recently updated with new appliances and fixtures The host was very responsive to questions and provided all the pertinent information prior to arrival

Wonderful home

Couldn't have asked for more. Well stocked large updated kitchen, large comfortable living area, plenty of room in the second floor bedrooms with a large bathroom in the main bedroom as well as the third story bedroom. Very cute historical front and two parking areas in the back.

Perfect for a DC Getaway!

we had an incredible stay at this lovely rental just a mile from the U.S. Capitol! The location is perfect, complete with parking, with easy access to Howard University, great restaurants, and beautiful parks for exploring. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently close to everything you need, wonderful to just walk around and look at the beautiful homes. This apartment is absolutely ideal for families, offering plenty of privacy, space and comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Washington – I will definitely be back!

Cute Neighborhood!

I stayed here with my mom for our birthday weekend and we loved the neighborhood this property is in! A short walk down to Rhode Island Ave where there were a couple restaurants to choose from and close to Capital St. The unit itself was as advertised and was a great fit for us.

Quick DC Visit

Lovely little place. Beds were comfortable & we really enjoyed the filtered water & ice in the fridge. They also have a cabinet with 1st aid, sunscreen, & such; which was a nice touch as the mosquitoes are no joke.
