The building was dirty, the elevators were filthy. The room was filthy. the bathroom had hair all over the floor and tub. there was an electric outlet with no cover which is a safety hazard.
Good location. But the Holiday Inn is unfortunately offering less than it did two years ago.

This property needs a complete overhaul.
Staff is exceptional especially the front desk, everyone I encountered with was very nice! The hotel is nice as well, great location.
I've stayed here many times before because it's close to work. The hot water 'wasn't' and I had to move rooms at an awkward time. This time I was on top floor so noise from the heel-stomper's on floor above wasn't an issue. But it often is on other floors. Give these people some padded slippers....!
Elevators didn’t work well. Couldn’t use the stairs to get out. You can hear everything between rooms. Doors are super loud when closed.
I should have asked questions, but I really did not know how the restaurant was set up. There seemed to be 2 different eating stations close together, and perhaps a bar at the far end of the lobby. It would have been nice if someone had explained, or if the written materials in the room explained. But like I said, "I should have asked."
The personel was not helping at all. We had to wait almost an hour because the system was down before completing the checking in. When we left the front desk did not know how to refund our deposit for the parking place, and had to wait till the manager arrived on site.
