Convenient Location, Nice Neighborhood

The house had plenty of room and was as advertised. It's located in a nice neighborhood convenient to the D.C. attractions. That being said, it's proximity to the highway made it a bit loud. The house is showing signs of wear and could use some upgrades. The towels were just average and we could have used a few more. All the kitchen drawers and cabinets had crumbs, and the pots and pans had food stuck to them. We have food allergies in our family so we had to scrub everything before using. Lastly, there was a very dried piece of spaghetti stuck to the kitchen ceiling that we scraped off. Overall, we had a nice stay and I would recommend staying here for its size and location.

Gorgeous Home

Family vacation

This property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, extremely clean; within walking distance to two parks with playgrounds, a grocery store, several restaurants, a Metro stop and Metro bus stops. The property manager was easy to reach, gracious and helpful.

Family visit

Our family had a wonderful vacation and our home and location was a big part of it! Each of our kids loved having their own room and the home was wonderful, perfectly located, and significantly enhanced our visit. We had considered staying in a hotel and I'm so glad we did not. The metro stop was closer than I expected and the walk each morning and evening was much more pleasant than expected. We got groceries at the nearby Whole Foods and Trader Joes 2 metro stops away. Each day we were all very happy to go out to visit sites but also very happy to come home to this house. Thank you!

Great base for exploring DC with a big family

Wonderful house, perfect location for exploring DC, and all in a really nice neighborhood with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hosts were helpful and responsive as well.

Trip to DC - Family meets Family

We had a delightful stay at the property. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We felt at home the moment we arrived and were never want for anything. The location was great and super convenient for eating and getting around on public transportation. We were able to have family over that were living in northern VA and it was so nice to have the room to be the hosts. We would gladly come back. Our hosts were attentive and thoughtful. They clearly wanted us to feel at home in their home. Thank you!

Exceptional Experience - Highly Recommend

Rented this house for out of town family members to attend my mother’s funeral at Arlington Cemetery. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, was perfect. The house was HUGE with plenty of common areas and bedrooms. The house was pristine, with an amazing kitchen and open floor plan to a super comfortable living room area where we spent the majority of our time together. The location was easily and safely walkable to restaurants and the metro station with short ride to DC. The outdoor deck was spectacular where we enjoyed a family BBQ using the Weber gas grill. We felt as though we were in the trees overlooking the beautiful backyard. The house had everything we could have hoped for in the kitchen, on the outdoor deck, family room, dining room, private office, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the awesome media and game room downstairs - what a bonus! Each bedroom was large and offered plenty of privacy from the others. Another bonus, the homeowner and host, Charlotte, was exceptional and responded immediately to any questions we had. Charlotte was the best host I’ve ever experienced and made our stay so incredibly easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Charlotte, for the BEST rental experience anyone could possibly have. The cost of this rental was worth every penny. All of us who stayed in this house had the same reaction - PERFECT!!

Amazing in Arlington!

The property was just as described. There was enough room for all of us and it was very clean. The location was great, so close to the Metro, yet in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighbourhood. Charlotte, our property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions that we had with courtesy and kindness. We had a great stay in Arlington at this amazing house! There was even a bonus media room that we didn’t know about and a wonderful fire pit in the back yard. Every detail from essential oils in the main bath to batteries in the kitchen drawers for the remotes was taken care of.

Great base of operations for Washington D.C. adventures

Family enjoyed brisk walk to/from Metro to take in all of the D.C. sites without the hassle of a car. Ballston offered nice dinner options as well. Would recommend for families.

My team used this house for a conference that was being held in Ballston. It was perfect for our group - lots of common area to meet together, but areas for privacy as well. Easy 10 minute walk to Ballston.

A Hidden Gem

This is a fabulous property in which to stay. Large, spacious and super clean. The master bedroom and closet are HUGE. My husband and I, our adult daughter, and son and his wife and two year old son stayed for a week to visit other family in the area. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Charlotte was extremely accommodating and responsive to all questions before and during the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Atmosphere Close to City Activity

Wonderful large home, three levels to spread out the family and cousins for a truly great time! Leave your car in the garage after a long road trip, Metro to DC and enjoy the city activity. Order in from We the Pizza (highly recommend) or shop local and get the feel of living in Arlington. Great, quiet neighbors go unnoticed when relaxing in the beautifully landscaped yard. We really felt at home, thank you!

Clean and well appointed in a great neighborhood

The home is in a great neighborhood, well-furnished, and everything is new. The property is immaculately clean and uncluttered. Very comfortable and is in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Quick in and out to area attractions.
