Very Hot

The AC couldn't keep up & the hallways had no AC. The bldg lost power & water at different points.

Overall, a great place to stay if it isn’t to hot outside. The AC units never got the unit below 74 degrees,,,even though set at 68 degrees. And it is on the top floor,,,, and all the heat from the complex rises. Flat roof that bakes in the full sun,,, and never cools off during the night. Close to Metro, shops and eateries though.

Our overall stay was a very good experience. We had an issue with the roller being collapsed on the bedframe in 2nd bedroom, but it was promptly repaired. The unit was very spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and early mornings. However, additional seating on patio would have been nice.

Pentagon area stay

Nice location and layout of the apartment, perfect for the three of us who had places to be most of the time. Large balcony with a great view. Some clothes hangers and a kitchen towel or two would have been nice. The coffee maker doesn’t work right because the glass pot is a different brand and it doesn’t fit.

OUTSTANDING!!!

This apartment in Crystal City is very clean. The furnishings are simple, clean and comfortable!The management company is very organized and clear on their instructions. We had a few questions and they responded within minutes!!!The properties very conveniently located close to the Crystal City stop on the metro. There’s also a Whole Foods within easy walking distance. We had an excellent visit to DC and this apartment felt like home.

Spot was the right place for us that offered a hideaway. We were in town for a funeral at Arlington and needed a place to call home for a few days…this fit the bill. Thanks!

Phenomenal

Was much cheaper than the hotels across the street, but also much nicer, and bigger. Also, a clearly superior fitness facility as well. Think we found our new go-to when we go to DC. Can't recommend high enough.

Crystal Towers

Location is very close to every thing you need with quiet neighbors. Apartment has a nice layout with plenty of commodities for a long stay. We will definitely stay again when we plan another DC area trip.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay, with a Minor HVAC Adjustment

The unit was exactly as pictured and described, with helpful starter items like dish detergent, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. The building is conveniently located near a mall, grocery store, and metro station. There’s ample parking (we purchased a pass), and we mostly walked or used the metro to get around. Inside the building, there’s a convenience store and a nail shop. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to the centralized HVAC system, which we overlooked in the listing. When we checked in, it was over 80F, and the unit wasn’t cooling properly. After contacting the property manager, they kindly pointed out the HVAC setup and mentioned the fans available. The first night was warm, but the rest of our stay was comfortable as the temperature dropped.

Family DC visit

Family visit to DC area. Enjoyed our stay in this unit. Large, spacious place. Very clean. One small issue, but host was responsive and issue quickly resolved. Would stay here again!

Washington DC Trip

We loved the apartment. The location was perfect. It was a quick Uber ride to the National Mall. I would suggest the kitchen be a little better equipped. There were no dishcloths or kitchen towels. Very sparse. When we arrived there was only one washcloth in each bathroom for four people. I will say the P/M was very quick in bringing us the items we requested. That is why I gave it 5 stars. I would definitely use the property again and hope to do so in the near future.
