About this property

Modern penthouse suite in a restored grain tower with private roof deck.

Top of the tower luxury penthouse suite. This is a very unique place to stay within a fully restored grain tower. Two bedrooms, one bath plus den with private roofdeck. No full kitchen just a kitchenette as we want you to enjoy all the amazing restaurants our area is filled with. You'll be staying just steps from the bustling shops and nightlife of Warwick. The tower suite is located on the Railroad side of the building. There is a small river, but lots of ducks and bird watching.
Please note this is a walk up with lots of stairs but the payoff is wonderful views from the top of your suite, including Appalachian trail mountain ridge.
Both bedrooms are equipped with very comfy queen size beds, carpeting, closets, dressers, smart tv, ceiling can, desk fan, extra chair and big windows with black out curtains for a nice night sleep. On same floor you will find a bathroom with a stand up shower with amazing water pressure! The top floor is a large open den with Couch, a daybed, dining table, smart tv and small roofdeck with two Adirondack chairs.
The entire space is decorated with bright and lively pieces by local artists. There is space on the ground level with a couple of chairs and tables if you want extra outdoor space along the River.
The best part about the space is how close it is to everything Warwick has to offer.
Please know it is located right on the railroad tracks. There is a freight train that goes by once or twice a day mainly on the weekdays. It's loud! But also part of the excitement.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

Awesome place, completely renovated, perfect location to town, super clean! I'd recommend and stay here again! Multiple levels with stairs. If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. Same goes for the host, accommodating, super responsive!

Fun time in Warwick! Cute personalized place! Clean and up to date! Loved the decor! Little extras such as a tea bar and coffee pods and creamer provided! We went to the spa and walked to town to shop and an awesome dinner at the Fed. Walking home noticed holiday lights on a building! Realized it was the property!

Such a cool place to stay walking distance to the town of Warwick. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms and was a great living room with tv all the way upstairs. Too bad it was too windy to go out on the terrace. Like it says in the listing, just be prepared for lots of steps.
