The location was amazing and perfect for our little family. We took full advantage of the pool and golf course nearby. The bonus was the comfortable mattress. We actually ordered the same one for our bed at home. Great stay!

Amazing stay!

Beautiful location, spacious lanai

Even though you didnt see the ocean from our place it is just a beautiful location. Awesome sunsets and all amenities you could need. We thought the furniture was nice but the decor could use some attention. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice welcoming basket from the owner.

Great property

This property is roomy and the lanai is extremely comfortable. The condo needs a new microwave....could be a fire hazard. The sofa has spots and is uncomfortable. Perhaps a new l-shaped sofa with a high back. The surfboards could go in the dining area. Otherwise, we enjoyed the pool, the location, the roominess, and especially the lanai.

Resort style living

Spacious condo and amazing covered lanai with a view of the koi pond and pool. Full kitchen with many of the things you'd have at home. I appreciated having glass containers for food/leftovers, baking sheets, and foil. Gym is well equipped and there are two tennis courts. Along with many beach toys, there were two pickleball paddles and balls. It's very quiet in this gated community but just a short ride to the shops, and beaches nearby. I would stay here again!

Comfortable Condo

This unit is surprisingly large with two big bedrooms and bathrooms. The main living area is full of natural light and the furnishings are beachy and comfortable. The window coverings are minimalistic so you'll certainly be awoken to the rising sun, but that's never a problem for us! Overall, aside from some cleanliness issues, there was nothing to complain about here. The Waikoloa area is convenient, the views of the volcano in the morning are stunning, and the unit is well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again.

In the beginning we thought it was great

Loved the big windows overlooking the pool. Vacasa brought in a replacement microwave. The TV access was hard to work. The master mattress is on its last leg. The rodent issue and the week it took for Vacasa to respond soured everything.

We enjoyed our stay at the Shores. The grounds were immaculate, the pool was lovely and the condo was perfect. We had a nice and peaceful holiday.

Nice Condo

The place is really spacious and with large windows that looking out of gardens (great views). There is a very large outdoor balcony/terrace which is super nice! There are couple things can be improved to make it even more superb: the floor mat/carpet in the living room can be upgraded/changed since there are some stain spots; two bathtubs have some stain spots -not sure how to remove them though. The exhaust fan in the main toilet room is super loud. Overall, we are very happy about the place.

The unit was great for my family of three, but would have been plenty spacious for two families. The unit was sparkly clean, easy to locate, and close to all kind of beautiful beaches! I highly recommend it!

Good stay in Hawaii

Overall great property. Couple things - looks like they just purchased a new refrigerator which blocked most of the kitchen entrance, no bedding for the roll-away, the roll-away is a bit uncomfortable, super cheap tp, late checkout policy is pretty strict, master bath fan is horribly loud. Pool is great, great location - just a few things we wouldn't expect at this rate and area of the island.
