All rooms offer cozy furnishings and boast soft lighting with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for customized climate control throughout. The spa-like bathrooms are equipped with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a standing shower. Cook a gourmet meal for the whole family in the chef’s kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and designer cabinetry. Other perks include an in-unit washer and dryer, a BBQ grill, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.

As a guest of Halii Kai you will also have access to all of the resort’s spoils such as the heated pools, jacuzzi, fitness center, onsite restaurant, lounge, and more. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

Whale watching from the lanai...

Excellent unit - clean, comfortably furnished, excellent kitchen, and well-located just minutes from the club house, pool, and fitness center. Hali'i Kai is excellent. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The bar and restaurant are very good. And the fitness center is amazing. Best of all - we were able to sit on the lanai at breakfast, and turn to our right and watch whales just off shore and turn to our left and watch the sun rise over Muana Kea. Hard to beat that....
