Hali'i Kai is a gated community located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area,
approximately 18 miles from the Kona Airport.

Welcome to Hali’i Kai’s TRUE ocean front condo, Our Hale is quite & private, 1-2 minute walk to the resort’s Ocean Club and amenities. You can enjoy directly from your Lanai wide, unobstructed ocean & coastal views where you can see the island of Maui. Also, an historic ancient Hawaiian lava pathway is accessible that leads to a black sand beach. Unit 13C is on the bottom floor where you can enjoy large wide open green grass space, tropical plants with a variety of tropical birds.

Our Hale is one of only a handful of units in the resort that have panoramic doors out to the Lanai, replacing a traditional sliding glass door that only allows minimal views and access. When these panoramic doors are open, there are unobstructed oceanfront and coastal views. Binoculars and a small Telescope are supplied.

Our Hale, which was a showcase model for the Hali'i Kai Mahana Design, includes approximately 1,100 S.F. of living space, as well as a 125 S.F. Lanai. There is hard surface flooring both tile & engineered hardwood. The two private ensuites each have Hunter Douglas black-out window treatments, ceiling fans, flat screen televisions, & luggage racks. The main bedroom with its unobstructed ocean views includes a new Sealy Posturepedic Elite Prime orthopedic CalKing mattress. The main ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower with bench, oversized vanity with two sinks allowing for plenty of room. The front private ensuite has views of the tropical plantings outside and also a Sealy Posturepedic Prime Queen size mattress. This ensuite bath includes a tub/shower combination. Ensuite insures privacy to bedroom and bathroom.

The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, professional grade Wolf cooktop/oven & microwave, Bosch dishwasher, Toaster oven, “Mr. Coffee” coffee maker, Kurig bean grinder, fresh whole coffee beans. The kitchen also has a well-equipped pantry, including staples, spices, sweetners, paper products, etc.

The living area includes an overhead ceiling fan, along with plenty of seating. There is a flat screen TV and entertainment cabinet that contains resource Hawaiian Island books, puzzles, games, cards, etc. There are two bar stools for seating at the kitchen’s peninsula along with a dining table that seats four.

The Laundry Room has stackable washer & dryer, laundry soaps/supplies, First Aid kit and miscellaneous supplies. We also include some of our sporting equipment within this room, including ice chest (ice chest cold packs are stored in the freezer ready for use) and beach blankets & beach towels. Sporting/beach equipment supplied: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel sets, Boogie boards, basketball, tennis & pickleball racquets, small golf putters, etc.

Also, the Hale has conveniently close parking for two cars (tandem parking). Additional guest parking is close by.

The Hali'i Kai Ocean Club is for owners and guest only & features a large multi-level swimming pool, a heated spa with a pebble bottom and a beautiful workout facility with oceanfront views. There is a private restaurant with poolside bar, and also a BBQ'ing area. Tennis, pickle, and basketball courts are also available at the resort. Hali'i Kai currently charges a MANDATORY $25.00 resort fee daily per unit (not per guest). The fee will increase to $35.00/day effective Sept. 1, 2026. The resort fee is paid directly to Hali'i Kai at check in. This fee allows access to the Halii Kai complex amenities including the pool, towels, restaurant and fitness center located within Hali'i Kai.

Just a short distance away are the Kings and the Queens Shopping Centers with a wide range of restaurants and a complete collection of shops, galleries, boutiques, grocery store and a wine tasting room.
