Room smelled of dog urine. Spots everywhere. Carpet in room needs replaced. Body soap container was empty in shower. Had to ask for TP twice. Trash left on stairs five nights we were there. Trash left in hallway. Breakfast lady was very kind.

The beds were the best. Very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Nothing in the exercise room worked and no towels were in the pool area.

My thoughts, my opinion!

I stayed only one night. Greetings, was very positive, The room was clean, bed was firm. Very helpful when issues came up, no USB charging outlets. Some attention to the breakfast room, as tables needed to be wiped off.

Woke up w several roaches and other bugs on the floor. Front desk told me because my room was at the end of the hall. I didn’t choose the room. I ck’d out early and didn’t get any credit for remaining days. Had to stay at another property for the remainder of my holiday.

Paid for rooms ahead of time and when I arrived they had no rooms. Guy at desk wasn’t sure he could refund my money - thankfully I called Expedia and they were able to refund me. TERRIBLE customer service!

First the bill was 97$ and we paid 147$. I don't know if there was any insurance because the reception didn't give any explanation. The room we booked was a smoke free room and it smelled horrible, we asked for a change because of the strong smell. They changed us to a room with cockroaches. The WiFi did not work and neither did the TV. The window did not have proper curtains to cover a lamp that illuminated the beds from the outside to the inside. The worst was at breakfast; we wanted to at least grab things packed obviously we did not feel safe hygiene and the windows of the dining room also cockroaches. I paid enough money for my family to sleep in a comfortable and clean hotel and it was the opposite. I do not recommend it.

I paid for my rooms ahead of time, and when I arrived, they had no rooms available and no solution for me. The only thing the could offer me was to put 4 people in a king size bed. While I was arguing to at least get my money back (which they said they couldn’t do) a lady came up to the desk complaining that her room smelled like cat urine. Luckily, I was able to call Expedia and get my money back, but as far as the hotel, I would give it zero stars if I could.
