사실 5성급의 비싼 호텔이 아니였어서 기대가 높지 않았는데, 기대 했던것 보다 호텔은 아주 깨끗하고 직원들도 아주 친절 합니다. 그리고 주택가라 저녁엔 조용 합니다. 여러버스와 지하철 등 교통도 아주 편리합니다. 그리고 슈퍼는 걸어서 한 7분 에서 10분 거리에 몇군데가 있는데 가격도 저렴하고 좋은 상품이 많이 있더군요. 로마에 가면 또 여기에 지내고 싶어요!!

Although the lobby is gorgeous, it’s very confusing trying to find your room. There are staircases with very little instruction as to which way to go. The air conditioning in our room did not work the first night and it had been in the 90s during the day. It took them until 5 o’clock to fix the air conditioning the next day. Unfortunately, the other member of my party had been sick in bed all day sweltering. The location is fabulous. Breakfast was decent.

We had a wonderful time! The Bernini Palace exceeded all our expectations. Exceptional sevice! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The Bernini Palace a prefect blend of luxury and comfort. The breakfast was so delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We will certainly return during our next visit to Florence.
