⸻ We expected the hotel to be more family-friendly. The kids club was always closed and it was impossible to reach anyone there. There weren’t many kids’ menu options and not a lot of activities for children. On the positive side, the hotel is very beautiful, clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the price feels very high compared to the overall value received.

We are a family of four and stayed for three nights and loved it! Very clean property, friendly staff and great location, close to many beaches and parks. Our son left his glasses behind and Jo at the front desk was so gracious and helpful to coordinate ups shipping to have them sent back to us. She went above and beyond and that too with so much kindness and concern. Rare to see such service these days. Thank you!
