Location is very good. Close to center, shopping, and transportation. Breakfast delicious. Perfect for business trip, or for short term travel. My room did not have closet for cloth, no coffee machine, no teapot, but breakfast included into room price. Refrigerator was brought after check in. Refrigerator created to display beverage, was not good cooler and light all night. In general, I have good impression to be in that hotel. I used it in two trips already and will use it in my next trip.

The only good part is the cheap daily rate

I would not recommend this hotel, unless you are just stying for one night and with no heavy luggage (there is no lift, and that is not mentioned in the description) Staff did not speak English and they do not even try to help much. Not very friendly either. Internet only worked with a code sent to a local phone so the receptionist had to do it for us every 24 hours and internet kept dropping anyways. Room smelled like cheap hotel and the rest of the hotel like chlorine. There was no toilette paper so we had to ask for one every night (they give you just one every time) . No coffee maker or electric kettle in room. Breakfast buffet was poor. (Only instant coffee, no toaster) The TV in reception had great signal but it was lousy in the room. The top sheet was for a small bed and not big enough to cover us both. No place for clothes. Just a couple of coat hooks.

Hotel ligt ver van t centrum. In de omgeving is weinig te doen. Personeel is verre van vriendelijk en de kamers zijn klein. De badkamer is ultra klein en goor. Veel schimmel en de wasbak is onbereikbaar.

Отель в целом хороший. " +"Очень удачное расположение. Недалеко от ж/д вокзала, совсем рядом остановки общественного транспорта. Качественный завтрак (шведский стол). Наличие фена и душевой кабины в ванной комнате. Очень красивая анимация в виде бабочек на фасаде здания, особенно в темное время суток. Услугами сауны и хамама не пользовалась, но их наличие в отеле чувствуешь сразу при входе. "-" ступени и территория перед входом в отель были не вычещены от наледи ни в день приезда, ни на следующий день. оснащение номера (стандарт улучшенный), на мой взгляд недостаточное: отсутствие стула при наличии стола вызвало удивление. в номере были продукты "минибара", расположенные на подносе на столе, в т.ч. и напитки (холодильника не было). наличие только стакана создало существенные неудобства для того чтобы сделать чай (кипяток очень неудобно нести в стакане). в душевой кабине был дозатор с гелем для душа и шампунем, так называемое средство 2в1, для отеля 3* это неприемлемо. По поводу шампуня и чашки для чая вопрос был решен на рецепции, про стул не обращалась, но подозреваю, что его мне не предоставили бы. Тем не менее, для своей следующей деловой поездки я забронировала этот же отель. Посмотрим что изменится в мой второй приезд.
