Family trip

This property was very clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. Great communication with property management. A short walk to the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. Close to many places to shop, restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay at this property again.

VA Beach Thanksgiving Getaway

The property is a few blocks off the beach providing easy access to shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. With the exception of a moldy shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom, the condo interior was very clean and well maintained. While the kitchen is a nice size, there could be a few more plates and bowls available for use. It is also worth pointing out that, 21 1/2 street is a narrow alley with very limited space making it extremely tough to get in and out of the parking area.

Nice Family Trip

The house had a good location, close to food and shopping. The house was clean and the host communication was great, making check in easy. The beach was a short walk away, making this a nice place for a family stay.

We were very happy with the location of the property. It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was a perfect size for our family, and very clean. We really appreciated the owner’s recommendations for good places to dine. We ate at one of their recommended restaurants and it was wonderful!

Highly recommend

The property was very nice with one bedroom and bath on the first level, the kitchen living room and a half bath on the second level and two bedrooms and one bath on the upper level. It was a few block walk to the beach and provided two parking spots. They also offered chairs/toys and beach towels (which we did not need but are available) very well appointed and A great location. We were in town for a wedding at the Cavalier hotel, and it worked perfectly!

Great for marathon weekend with family & friends

Our family of 5 and a few friends (all adults) truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location as it was close enough to walk to our event on the boardwalk, as well as shops and restaurants. The communication with management was excellent and the requirements for check-in and check-out were clearly outlined and super easy. The three parking spots were perfect and the neighborhood was good. We will absolutely try to stay here again.

The home was very clean. Location was good. The walk is 4 blocks to the beach - but not incredibly bad. The beach itself in that area is over crowed for that family atmosphere. We did Walmart pickup which is conveniently on the way in. Definitely no complaints!

Quiet property near all the fun

This clean, well-appointed home is just a few blocks from the beach. It is an easy walk to the beach and several great restaurants. While there is a lot of activity just minutes away, it is very quiet once you are in the house. The hosts are very responsive and have ensured the house is well-stocked for all your needs. This is an excellent place for a family gathering or reunion of friends.

Divine retreat and haven

The property exceeded our expectations! Pristine condition with ample space and a ton of thoughtful amenities! If you need it, it’s there! Location is perfectly located very close to the beach, shops and pubs! Property owners are super professional and respectful and responsive! Would definitely recommend this location and will return! We really enjoyed our trip and this rental. Thank you for providing all star services and a beautiful retreat from busy DC city life! David and Amanda are class acts with wonderful properties!
