Excellent hotel for business travel. Parking was convenient and easy, the property was quiet, and the room was clean and well maintained—perfect for getting real rest after a long day. Oceans 2700 never disappoints. The best value in Virginia Beach, and its really not even close. Your jaw will drop when you open the door to enter the room and see what a bargain youve gotten. I tell everyone that plans on traveling to the beach to stay at oceans 2700 and staying literally anywhere else is a complete ripoff.

The room could have been a little cleaner, but better than the first room where when we tried to close the curtain the entire fixture fell from the wall. When we went to the office to explain what happened my husband was told he had to leave. We had no idea what was wrong but the young lady at the front desk was convinced that my husband went behind the hotels dumpster to urinate. Clearly after viewing the video it was not him. This was very disrespectful and I wanted to insist on a refund.

The staff was good; however the room was lacking. The bathroom door, the shower curtains and tub were stained. There was a plunger beside the toilet which was a bad sign. When running the sink water, the sink filled up because of clogged pipes. The blankets were very thin. That wouldnt have been so bad if it was in the summer but we went in the middle of January. The bed bases that held the mattresses were very squeaky. Overall, it was a bad experience and I chose not to shower because of the condition of the bathroom.
